What to Bring & What to Know
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card. Just as important, bring any outside imaging on a disk or CD — or the actual MRI or X-ray images, not only the written report. Dr. Gomoll needs to review the images themselves.
Where is the office, and how do I get there?
The office is at the NYU Langone Orthopedic Center, 333 East 38th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10016, in Midtown Manhattan. See the locations page for a map, travel, and lodging information.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within 1–2 weeks. Out-of-town and international patients are welcome — call (646) 917-7441 if you need help coordinating travel around your appointment.
How do I prepare if I'm already scheduled for surgery?
